If you are a copyright owner or an authorized representative of such owner, and you have a good-faith belief that any product image, textile pattern, or design displayed on the VareofDog website infringes upon your copyrighted work, you may submit a formal Notice of Claimed Infringement to our designated Copyright Agent.

To enable a prompt and legally compliant review, your written notification must include the following complete information:

  • Authorization: A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

  • Good-Faith Belief Statement: A declaration confirming that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.

  • Perjury Statement: A statement, made under penalty of perjury, affirming that the information in the notification is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

Following receipt of a valid and complete notice, VareofDog reserves the right to take prompt action, which may include removing or restricting access to the allegedly infringing material from our product catalog.

3. Repeat Infringer Policy

In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, VareofDog maintains a strict policy under which, in appropriate cases and at our sole discretion, we will terminate the access or accounts of users, suppliers, and manufacturing partners determined to be repeat infringers of intellectual property rights.
