Non-Refundable Fees: Original shipping fees paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable, regardless of the return reason.
2. Return Eligibility & Timeframe
We offer a 30-day statutory return period, starting from the date of confirmed delivery. To comply with the hygiene and safety standards for our pet products—including specialized apparel (e.g., pet shirts) and interactive toys—returned items must strictly meet the following criteria to be eligible for a return:

Product Condition: The product must remain in its original, unwashed, and immaculate state, free from pet hair, odors, or any signs of use.

Packaging & Labels: All original tags, designer labels, and brand packaging must be intact and undamaged.

We require you to inspect all received pet supplies promptly upon delivery.

4. Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Protocol
To ensure operational consistency and accuracy, VareofDog strictly enforces a standardized Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) process:
