1. Shipping Fees & Free Shipping Threshold

We provide fair and consistent shipping solutions for our global customers:
  • Standard Shipping: A flat rate of $5.99 applies to orders that do not qualify for free shipping.
  • Free Standard Shipping: Complimentary standard shipping is available for all single orders with a total value over $45.98.

2. Order Processing & Fulfillment

All orders placed through VareofDog are subject to a full quality inspection to confirm product condition prior to shipment.
  • Processing Time: Orders are processed, packed and prepared for delivery within 2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
  • Shipping Notification: Once your package passes quality checks and is transferred to the shipping carrier, you will receive an automated email containing your exclusive tracking number.

3. Estimated Delivery Timeframes

To improve delivery efficiency, VareofDog relies on an optimized network of fulfillment centers. Estimated transit times after order processing are listed below:

  • United Kingdom / Europe / Canada: 7–15 business days
  • Asia / Oceania / Rest of the World: 8–15 business days

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes

VareofDog ships all orders on a DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) basis. Accordingly:
  • The recipient acts as the Importer of Record and is responsible for complying with the laws and regulations of the destination country.
  • All import duties, customs charges and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer.
  • Such fees are set by the local authorities and are separate from any shipping charges applied by VareofDog.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be sent to the email address provided during checkout. You may track your shipment via our integrated tracking page or the official website of the designated carrier. Please allow up to 48 hours for the carrier to update tracking information after the label is created.

6. Shipping Damage & Loss Coverage

We prioritize the safe arrival of your order.
  • Damaged Items: If your products arrive damaged or the packaging is compromised, contact support@vareofdog.com within 72 hours of delivery with photographic evidence of the damage. We will arrange a free replacement or process a full refund promptly.
  • Lost or Stolen Packages: VareofDog is not responsible for packages marked as "Delivered" by the carrier. If a package shows delivered but cannot be located, we advise contacting the local carrier immediately and verifying secure delivery locations.
